How long are the courses?

The Blueprint Method consists of 12 online lessons. Each lesson is about 1 hour. It is recommended to complete 1 lesson per week, but they can be completed faster or slower, depending on your personal preference.

Which is best for me – the personal or relationship growth option?

Both options provide a holistic approach to improving yourself individually. The relationship growth option provides methods to implement what you learn and apply it to your relationship.

Does the Quantum Wellness need to be used with one of the courses?

Quantum Wellness is effective on its own. It can also be effective when used with either of the courses.

Do I have to attend live?

Options are available to move through each week at your own pace with prerecorded videos. Limited access is available throughout the year for an in-person virtual group experience.

Do I have to attend the relationship growth course with someone?

Although it is recommended to attend the relationship growth course with the person you want to improve your relationship with, the information is applicable for individual growth and can be applied to any relationship in your life.

Can I get more than 1 Quantum Wellness Experience?
